Payment
When an order is placed on our website the full value of the order is deducted from the debit or credit card used at the time of ordering. A refund will be made to the credit/debit card used at the time of order, if for some reason the amount delivered is less than the amount ordered and paid for. The unit price charged may differ if the delivered quantity is less than the ordered quantity. If an order is recived from outside of our delivery area we will not fullfill the order, we will refund the customer.

Delivery

We deliver to Ennis and the surrounding areas and to all of North Clare. We do not deliver to East Clare. 
Delivery will normally take place within 24 hours, however it may take longer if weather conditions are poor. Barra Oil will not take responsibility for deliveries affected by circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right not to accept an order placed on our website.

Refunds
Refunds from our website are processed through our payments processor. We will refund the value of an order placed on our website if we are unable to fulfill a delivery. The refund will be processed back to the debit or credit card used when the order was placed.
